The ARCUS® SCM and SIM modules have given The Restaurant Group (TRG) greater visibility and control over their supplier information and contractual agreements.


Inconsistent Processes – Supplier and contractual information lacked consistency across the organisation.

Lack of Visibility – There was no central hub of data that could be tracked, managed and easily updated.

Inefficiencies – Existing manual processes were labour intensive with hundreds of phone calls, emails and chasing up of suppliers.


Supplier Contract Manager – TRG adopted ARCUS® SCM to bring more consistency and process to the way it managed its supplier agreements.

Supplier Information Management – ARCUS® SIM was also introduced to improve visibility and bring greater control over supplier data.


A clear implementation plan was drawn up, defining individual roles and setting clear time frames. Training was included to help ensure ‘buy-in’ from the ground up, enabling quick deployment of the software.


SCM was implemented in 11 weeks and one day and SIM in 15 weeks.

Improved efficiency over on boarding of suppliers and keeping information updated.

Consistent data that is easily kept up-to-date and shared across the group has given TRG more control over supplier information.
