Supplier Information Management – ARCUS® SIM was also introduced to improve visibility and bring greater control over supplier data.
A clear implementation plan was drawn up, defining individual roles and setting clear time frames. Training was included to help ensure ‘buy-in’ from the ground up, enabling quick deployment of the software.
SCM was implemented in 11 weeks and one day and SIM in 15 weeks.
