The 2024 Trade Interchange user group, held in London on September 19th, brought together a record number of attendees from the ARCUS® Supplier Management Software user community. With 21 companies registered, the event provided a valuable forum for knowledge sharing, insightful discussions, and a glimpse into the future of supplier management.

Professor Andy Pardoe, the event’s keynote speaker, captivated attendees with his presentation “The Future of Work in an AI World”. Andy’s interactive style and thought-provoking insights sparked lively discussions among attendees, highlighting the transformative potential of AI across various use cases.
Trade Interchange showcases AI innovations in ARCUS®
Mark Handley, our Development Manager, provided a comprehensive overview of the history and current application of AI within ARCUS® Supplier Management Software. James Edmunds, our Lead Solutions Consultant & Product Owner, followed with an exciting demo of new AI functionality set to be released soon.
The presentation and demo underlined our commitment to leveraging AI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supplier management processes.
Everfield partnership and ARCUS® Supplier Complaints Portal take centre stage
After lunch, Mike Edmunds, our CEO, shared an update on the Everfield partnership and unveiled our groundbreaking new solution, ARCUS® Supplier Complaints Portal (SCP). This innovative tool promises to revolutionise how organisations manage and resolve supplier-related complaints.
Sodexo UK&I case study highlights supplier directory benefits
Mike was then joined by Emma Wye-Williams, our Operations Manager, and Bekki Peters, Head of Procurement – Indirects at Sodexo UK&I for an interactive case study panel session.
Bekki shared how working in partnership with Trade Interchange to create a new supplier directory to improve their supplier management processes reduced internal new supplier requests. The session underscored the value of Sodexo’s ongoing successful partnership with Trade Interchange.
