How can we help your business?
Choose your industry and your job role and we'll tell you how we are right for you and your business.
ARCUS® SPM is an advanced scorecard that allows users to track and evaluate the performance of suppliers against corporate SLAs and KPIs, helping to identify risk and non-compliance and maximise supplier value.
ARCUS® SPM removes the administrative burden of the scoring process so that sustainability professionals and other key stakeholders can evaluate the performance of their suppliers based upon company KPIs and SLAs, such as Health and Safety, Performance, Attitude, Professionalism and Quality.
The scores given improve the visibility over the performance of each supplier, provide evidence in supplier negotiations, and enable more informed sourcing decisions for utility companies.

"ARCUS® SPM gives us a complete view of our supply base, and we are able to easily evaluate the performance of our suppliers against the KPIs that matter the most to us. Our scorecards were configured quickly and are so simple to use, and we now feel that we can make more informed purchasing decisions thanks to the software."

Four Seasons Health Care (FSHC) uses ARCUS® SPM to measure the performance of suppliers against configurable KPIs. These include Quality, Performance, Attitude, Professionalism and Service Delivery.
FSHC utilises the self-configurable scorecards to encourage more responses from both internal and external scorers. Suppliers do not need to log-in to complete the mobile and tablet-friendly scorecards, reducing administration and maximising response rates.
The centralised dashboard provides a complete overview of the status of each scorecard, and the results allow easy identification of supplier risk and non-compliance and enforces best practice, which encourages better business communication. Supplier performance data is collected across all geographical locations, and this information is shared across the whole of the procurement department. This removes silos of data and means more informed decisions are taken and more informed purchasing decisions.
